Once the payment has been made, please send the bank transfer receipt by e-mail to mcortina@cogenspain.org. Registration will be confirmed by e-mail and the corresponding invoice will be attached.

Cancellations: In case of cancelling your attendance you must send us an email.

Cancellation policy:

For cancellations up to July 31st, 30% of the registration fee will be retained for administrative expenses.

For cancellations up to August 31st, 50% of the registration fee will be retained for administrative expenses.

For cancellations up to September 30th, 75% of the registration fee will be retained for administrative expenses.
